Implementation of the PP"1C:Enterprise 8. Trade Management (USB) " in the company "NANT"
Description of the case:

The company "WURTH AZERBAIJAN" is engaged in sales. Our product range includes auto cosmetics and accessories, as well as components and consumables for installation, maintenance and repair of cars.
"Wurth Azerbaijan" is a subsidiary of the production and trading holding "Adolf Wurth GmbH Co. KG" with headquarters in Germany and is a vivid example of a classic direct sales company.
Due to the rich assortment of products supplied by the company "Wurth Azerbaijan", there was a need to automate the accounting of goods, warehouse accounting, cost of goods, calculation of profitability of sales.
Since most of the sales were carried out in installments, it was also necessary to automate the accounting of settlements with customers to monitor payments and arrears.
The program "1C: Integrated Automation" 8.2.13.219 was selected for accounting automation.

There are also 6 branded stores in Baku called the house of sweets "Moscow".

We are exclusive dealers of such brands as: JSC "Krasny Oktyabr", JSC "Rot Front", JSC "Babaevsky", ECBC "Zvezdny", JSC "Makfa", LLC "Dagintern", JSC " Combine of bread products named after. The software (configurations "Trade Management 10.3" and "Enterprise Accounting 1.6" on the 1C: Enterprise 8.1 platform) has been put into commercial operation since 2009.

At the moment, more than 85 simultaneous users work in the company's system, 45 of them are freight forwarders who use the system through a mobile application.

The company works with more than 5000 product positions.

As a result of the project, the next level of automation has been achieved:

1) Sales. Automation of the entire cycle from the acceptance of orders from customers to the shipment of products.

2) Planning. Automatic calculation of the level of warehouse reserves, automatic formation of requests for replenishment of inventory.

3) Purchases. Automation of the cycle from placing purchase orders to receiving goods by a warehouse employee.

4) Warehouse. Intra-warehouse Operations (WMS). The operations of acceptance, placement, transportation, picking, shipment and inventory of goods are automated.

5) Accounting. Automation of accounting (banking operations, currency conversion and exchange rate difference calculation, account closure, Balance sheet report and management reports) of trading activities with the formation of a purchase book and a sales book.

As a result of the implementation, Nant has acquired the following competitive advantages:

1) High speed of information exchange within the company and between the links of its logistics chain.

2) Increase the efficiency of sales planning and control of their execution.

Implementation of the PP"1C:Integrated Automation for Azerbaijan, revision 2. Beta version. Electronic delivery" in the company "Wurth Azerbaijan"

Description of the case:

The software has been put into commercial operation since 01.06.2011. Currently, there are 5 simultaneous users working in the company's system.

Additional reports were developed and added to the program in the system:

1) The report "Markdown of accounts receivable" is intended to obtain data on whether the debt is overdue or not. Depending on the term of the overdue debt, it is discounted by a certain percentage.

2) The report "Warehouse markdown" is intended for displaying data on the cost of remaining goods and calculating the percentage of reduction in the original price.

3) The "Gross Profit" report is intended for displaying information about sales, cost and gross profit for the period.

4) The "Marbet orders" report is intended for displaying information on orders.

5) The "Marbet sales" report is intended for displaying sales information.

6) The "Marbet customers" report is designed to display information on the classification of the company's customers depending on their activity.

7) The "Marbet customer classes" report is designed to classify customers by sales volumes.

A system of plan-fact analysis was also developed.
The sales representative is given a sales plan for the month, expressed in the total amount for which the goods should be sold by the sales representative. Further, based on the analysis of the sale documents, the percentage of the plan is determined and a premium is assigned to the sales representative.

As a result of automation, control over warehouse balances has improved, it has become easier to analyze goods and classify them by degree of importance, and the calculation and analysis of the cost of goods has been simplified.
Since working with contractors is an important part of the company's work, with the help of 1C: Integrated Automation, it has become easier to conduct mutual settlements with suppliers and buyers, classify buyers depending on their activity, track debts and incoming payments.
