Risks
In the event of the implementation of the following risks, the term. The Project can be extended, and an additional amount for the Project is determined by mutual agreement of the parties.

1. Violation of the assumptions and limitations given in the Assumptions and Limitations;

2. Inaccessibility of responsible or competent persons associated with diseases, employment in more important matters than a project that cannot be interrupted, vacations and other absenteeism when it is impossible to fully replace them.

3. The customer collects and presents logically contradictory information;

4. It is found that the information provided by the Customer is incorrect or incorrect;

5. The wishes of the Customer are changing, which makes the collected and presented information irrelevant;

6. The customer cannot complete the process of collecting and submitting information;

7. The customer provides information in an unsatisfactory format;

8. The presence of comments from the Customer to the points of the program functionality that are not in the TOR and should be performed as additional work.

9. The customer cannot timely provide all the necessary conditions for the verification procedure described in the document "Description of the verification procedure"

10. The Customer's person responsible for the check is absent or unavailable, as well as the assistant to the person in charge, empowered to determine the compliance of the work performed by the contractor with the TZP and UTZP;

11. Identification of non-trained employees at the Customer who are AISU users;

12. Entering incorrect data into the system on the part of the Customer who are users;

13. Comparison of the reported data from the AISU with such sources, the data in which cannot coincide with the data of the AISU due to the peculiarities of the previous accounting, or with the original layout of the system;

14. Attempts by users to work with AISU not according to instructions or taking into account cases that were not taken into account at the time of designing AISU;

15. Change of the organizational or management structure of the Customer's enterprise, for which AISU was not designed during the design;

16. Failures or deficiencies in the operation of integrated systems, data from which are transferred to AISU;

17. Failures in the work of those parts of the AISU that were handed over under the responsibility of the IT department of the Customer;

18. The Contractor does not take all the necessary measures for the verification procedure described in the description of the verification procedure;

19. Technical problems with the equipment of the Customer, not caused by the activities of the Contractor, as well as problems with remote connection to the server and desktops of the Customer, the Contractor does not bear any responsibility;

20. Technical problems with the Contractor's equipment, not caused by the activities of the Customer, as well as problems with remote connection to the server and the Contractor's desktops, the Customer does not bear any responsibility;

21. The increase in the duration of the project is determined for each of the above items separately and is summed up in the total increase in the duration of the Project;

22. By increasing the total term of the Project, an additional amount for the Project is determined.



Assumptions and Limitations

The parties admit that:

1. The customer is competent in the field of setting tasks for the automation of accounting;

2. The customer is competent in the field of application of international standards and legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

3. Customer is competent in MS SQL hardware and software;

4. The customer is competent in carrying out the verification procedure and accepting the work performed;

5. The customer is competent in the use of auxiliary software used to check the output data from the AISU (MS Excel, etc.);

6. The customer is competent and has full access to the software, which will require the integration of AISU;

7. Responsible persons of the project of the Parties are available throughout the project, but if not available within 1 week, then there should be a full replacement;

8. Employees of the Customer participating in the project have been allocated sufficient time to fulfill their obligations under the project;

9. Employees of the Customer participating in the project are sufficiently motivated;

10. The functionality of AISU does not go beyond the originally provided by the Customer Functional and Technical requirements described in the document "Requirements for the system";

11. When developing the system, the Contractor cannot make any changes at the request of the Customer to the platform part of the program since these changes are prohibited by the software supplier - 1C Company, as well as to the basic configuration blocks (related to accounting settings and accounting policies ;

12. The customer does not try to transfer his experience of working with MS Excel, MS Word and software products of other manufacturers to the design and basic options of the 1C platform and configurations;

13. The customer fulfills the requirements for hardware on the part of the Contractor;

14. Remote subdivisions will work on the server of the parent company, either from the office of the parent company, or by remote connection to the server in the office of the parent company;
